What We Did
Catalogue Execution: Planned, photographed, and delivered both digital and physical home lifestyle catalogues for three consecutive years.
Visual Merchandising: Planned and delivered a Visual Merchandising strategy for the Home segment in new and existing stores across India.
Category Alignment: Helped identify gaps in merchandize mix, source new products and developed potential vendors for the same.
Trend Spotting and Competitor Benchmarking: Planned and executed competitor benchmarking studies across categories- both offline and online. Also assisted in creating a trend report for the season.
